Precision machining machine tools according to the processing technology can be divided into which kinds of classification?

1, general CNC machine tools. This kind of machine tool and the old-fashioned general-purpose machine tool types are the same, there are CNC car, milling machine, boring machine, drill, grinder, etc., and each has a number of varieties, such as CNC milling machine has vertical milling cutter, horizontal milling cutter, tool milling cutter, gantry milling cutter and so on. The technical feasibility of this machine tool is similar to a general-purpose machine tool, but the difference is that it can process complex shaped parts.

2, multi-coordinate CNC machine tools. Some complex shapes of parts can not be processed with three-coordinate CNC machine tools, such as propellers, aircraft surface parts processing. Processing the desired shape requires three or more coordinates of the synthetic movement. So the emergence of multi-coordinate CNC machine tools, which is characterized by the number of axes controlled by the CNC device, the machine structure is also more complex, the number of axes usually depends on the technical requirements of the processed parts. Currently used is 4, 5, 6 coordinates of the NC machine tool.

3, CNC machining center machine tools. This machine tool is developed on the basis of general NC machine tools. In the general NC machine tool installation tool library (can accommodate more than 10-100 tools) and automatic switching devices and the composition of the NC machine tool with automatic switching devices (also known as multi-process CNC machine tools or boring and milling machining centers, customarily referred to as machining centers, which makes the CNC machine tool to further automation and the rate of good direction of development.
